eClipseWriter Pro is a self-voicing PC software application designed for the blind, low vision and sighted users to scan and read books and documents outloud, includes a talking word processor to read and write office compatible documents, read PDF files, output screen reader compatible PDF files, and create navigatable daisy audio books for personal and professional use.   A  free 30 day trial download is available.
